4. The Scrappy Big-Stitch Binding Class

Binding a quilt is like framing a piece of art.

It can elevate a masterpiece, or it can ruin it.

I used to HATE binding, until I started doing it this way. And now? It's my favorite part! It takes less time than watching Princess Diaries (again), and I'm actually happy with the results.

A good binding turns a quilt into a work of art.

What Folks Are Saying:

A quilt with a colorful patchwork pattern featuring black, pink, and multicolored geometric shapes, displayed outdoors on grass near a river and hills, with a cloudy sky overhead.

“This book is just fantastic and lays things out in such a manageable way to be able to try some things and use up some fabric!  I think it nails down some of the uncertainty about scraps with a GUIDED choose your own adventure.”

— Debbie

Meet The Designer

A woman with wavy blonde hair standing in front of a white wall with a pink neon sign that reads 'THE LOA'. She is wearing a red dress and holding a colorful quilt, with a contemplative or puzzled expression on her face.
hey, creative bestie!

I'm Amy

A quilter, pattern writer, and fabric designer.

My super power in life? Taking hard things and making them not hard. Wait, that sounded dirty. Let's try again.

I turn ideas into templates to help others be more creative. There, that’s a little more professional.

In 2024, I decided to quit selling individual patterns (because we're all sick of getting those damn emails), and turned my entire quilting system into a book + class so you can buy it once and use it forever. And the result? A template that can make over 15,000 different quilts
